SATISFACTION/WARRANTY POLICY

 

 

 

B.I.T.F. Sports is a family owned and operated company firmly focused and committed to producing strength training equipment and accessories of the highest quality and functionality. Our products successfully blend aggressive, innovative designs and exciting themes. From concept and design, through production and shipment, the B.I.T.F. Sports team is driven to provide exceptional service through continuous, quality control and superior customer support.

 

B.I.T.F. Sports warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year as stated herein. All warranties cover defects in the materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage/failure that occurs due to misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, and/or alteration. Normal wear and tear is not a warranty issue. Replacement or repair as provided for under this warranty is the sole remedy of the user. We offer no warranties/guaranties beyond that of the manufacturer.  B.I.T.F. Sports is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.

 

Inspect all hardware for security before each use. Not responsible for damage or injury when equipment is employed for anything other than intended use.

 

Because we offer our products directly to the retail customer, as well as distribute them to retail stores, please read the Satisfaction/Warranty that applies to the manner in which you made your purchase.

 

Policy for Purchase From Retail Store.

Customer is subject to the return/warranty policies of the store in which the purchase was made. In the event the customer is not satisfied with the store policies, B.I.T.F. Sports will exchange the product for the same or equal value. No cash refund will be offered, as the purchase was not with B.I.T.F. Sports. Customer must call for an “RA number” within 30 days of receipt of purchase, unless item is being returned for warranty issue (above warranty applies). Customer is responsible for shipping the product to us via prepaid freight. No credit/refund is offered for return shipping charges.

 

Policy for Purchase From B.I.T.F. Sports

If not 100% satisfied with product, call for a “RA number” within 30 days of delivery, and a 100% refund less shipping costs will be issued. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to B.I.T.F. Sports via prepaid freight. No credit/refund is offered for return shipping charges.

 

All orders are filled in the order they are received, regardless of account type or quantity ordered. Normal delivery time is 10-14 business days from date of order. If an item is on backorder, you will be informed immediately and given an estimated ship date.
